Panagiotis Rappas is a multi-talented artist who has worked as an Animation Director, Layout Artist, Character and VFX Animator, Art Director, Storyboard Artist, Scriptwriter, Producer, and Director in the animation industry. He has collaborated with major production companies in Hollywood and European film productions, working on 2D and 3D animation movies, advertising spots, and documentaries. His focus is on creating animated films based on high-quality contemporary children's literature, and he has won several awards and distinctions for his work in this area. In addition to his work in animation, Panagiotis Rappas is also involved in theater, script writing, directing documentaries, illustrating children's books and he participate regularly in fine art exhibitions with his paintings and video art.
He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (A.M.P.A.S.) and the European Film Academy.
